Ovo, kao i ostala osnovna prava, garantuje se ljudima na osnovu jednakosti s drugima, \u0161to uklju\u010duje iste startne pozicije u tra\u017eenju i nala\u017eenju posla u skladu sa ste\u010denim obrazovanjem i kvali<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s9\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">f<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">ikacijama. Pravo na rad uklju\u010duje i jednaku zaradu za isti rad ili rad iste vrijednosti, kao, izme\u0111u ostalog, i mogu\u0107nost napredovanja u poslu, do edukacija. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s10\"><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">U perspektivi patrijarhalnih predrasuda, institucionalne nesenzibilnosti, needukovane javnosti, imamo prisutnu <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">dru\u0161tvenu isklju\u010denost \u017eena s invaliditetom (\u017dSI) na tr\u017ei\u0161tu rada<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">. Nezaposlenost \u017dSI je konstanta, a nemogu\u0107nost aktivne dru\u0161tvene participacije je produkt neadekvatnog dru\u0161tvenog sistema. \u017dene s invaliditetom, ba\u0161 kao i druge \u017eene su prisiljene na slabije pla\u0107ene, rodno selektovane sektore rada, i poslove, a tradicionalni seksisti\u010dki obrasci pri<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">zapo\u0161ljavanju potvr\u0111uju trostruku marginalizaciju i dugoro\u010dno odga\u0111aju perspektivu ujedna\u010denih dru\u0161tvenih \u0161ansi i mogu\u0107nosti \u017eena i mu\u0161karaca, naro\u010dito \u017dSI. Poslodavci se generalno nerado odlu\u010duju zaposliti osobe s invaliditetom (OSI), naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e zbog predrasuda, stereotipa, needukovanosti. U kontekstu tr\u017ei\u0161ta rada, <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">\u017dSI se u crnogorskom dru\u0161tvu profili\u0161u kao nepo\u017eeljna radna snaga<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">. Me\u0111unarodna organizacija rada ukazuje da je oko 80% OSI nezaposleno, a upravo ve\u0107inu \u010dine \u017eene.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s11\"><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Prema podacima Zavoda za zapo\u0161ljavanje<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> Crne Gore<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">, na dan 3<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">1.10.2024<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">, na evidenciji neza<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">poslenih nalazilo se ukupno <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">5317 \u017dSI, \u0161to \u010dini 60,3<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">% od ukupnog broja OSI<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">na evidenciji nezaposlenih. Ovo govori da imamo vi\u0161e nezaposlenih \u017dSI nego mu\u0161karaca s invaliditetom. Od ukupnog broja \u017dSI, najvi\u0161e nezaposlenih je na e<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">videnciji iz Ro\u017eaja, 1220 i iz Berana 1138<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">. Ro\u017eaje bilje\u017ei i najve\u0107i procenat nezaposlenih \u017dSI u odnosu na uk<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">upan broj OSI na evidenciji 68<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">%. Od u<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">kupnog broja \u017dSI, \u010dak 54,69% &#8211; 2908<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> \u017dSI je na evidenciji sa I stepenom stru\u010dne spreme<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">, od \u010dega \u010dak 950 iz Ro\u017eaja<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">. Iako se izdvajaju zna\u010dajna sredstva za profesionalnu rehabilitaciju OSI, \u017dSI su i dalje ve\u0107inski nezaposlene.
